The goal of this Program is to identify and attract young talents who are about to graduate from college and to contribute to their personal and professional development. Following these objectives, you will undertake a journey through different areas of our company, working together with managers and colleagues who will be watching to provide you with personal and professional support, as well as to contribute to your formation.

This program aims to generate long-term relationships, and we hope every new professional will continue in Quimtia as a regular employee once graduated.
